The Anna Packer Project – Community Creating Change is a volunteer based group driven to improve community awareness and education around bullying issues. We aim to provide opportunities to encourage positive behavior, increase respect and improve relationships. Our goal is to reduce bullying incidents resulting in the imbalance of power.
